Drawing Workshops

Stationery and arts & crafts supplies manufacturer Clairefontaine is on-site at the Grande Halle de la Villette throughout the exhibition, running fun and creative drawing workshops with an Egyptian theme. Participants receive guidance with their drawing to ensure they are proud of the result!

45-minute workshops run by professional art teachers

Wednesdays and Saturdays reserved for children (from 10 years upwards)

Frequently asked questions

You purchase a ticket for a specific time. You must arrive at the time marked on your ticket and you will enter within 30 minutes from that time. Please note that during peak times the waiting time may be longer. However once you have entered you can stay in the exhibition for as long as you wish. The average length of visit is one hour.

Yes you can buy tickets on arrival, however, we cannot guarantee that entry time slots close to your arrival time will be available. We are expecting a high attendance so we advise you to purchase tickets in advance.

The ticket sales terms and conditions specify that all ticket purchases are firm and definitive.

However, if you purchase tickets and are unable to attend the exhibition, you can give your tickets to a friend. Any names on the tickets are not checked at the entrance. Only the date and time of the session and the bar code are checked.


Entry is free for children under 4 years old. Children aged 4 to 14 years benefit from a reduced rate.

We ask you to print your “e-ticket” in advance. If you don’t have a printer, you can select a “M-ticket” which you will be able to present on your smartphone.

If you have a disabled persons card you can benefit from a reduced rates of 20€ instead of 22€ on weekdays and 22€ instead of 24€ on weekends, public holidays etc.
